Login Log

Overview​

Records every login attempt with time, account, login type (password / LDAP), result, client IP, user agent and the reason when a login fails, for security audits and investigating suspicious logins.

Notes​

  • Filter by account and login IP.
  • Failed logins show the reason (wrong password, disabled account, wrong verification code).
  • After more than 3 consecutive failed logins the account is disabled automatically; regular accounts can be re-enabled under Accounts, administrator accounts from the command line.
  • Login logs are kept for 30 days.
