Alert History

Overview​

The Alerts / Alert History page lists the alerts raised by monitoring during the last 30 days with task name, monitor type, target, status (alert / recovered), duration, alert methods, contacts and time.

Alert records

Tip

Records older than 30 days are removed automatically; alerts suppressed by the quiet period are not recorded.

Notes​

  • Only raised alerts are recorded. Delivery failures (for example a contact without the required channel) are reported as in-app notifications, so keep an eye on the bell icon in the header.
  • The alert trend per monitor is available on the Dashboard.
