WeChat Token

Overview

The WeChat token identifies a user for the built-in services of Spug. It links a WeChat user to the platform and enables WeChat alerts and login two-factor verification.

How to get it

1. Search for the WeChat official account Spug (or scan the QR code below) and follow it.
2. Open the Me menu at the bottom of the official account to get your WeChat token.

Usage

• As the service token of the built-in services (Settings / Basic Settings).
• As the WeChat identity of an alert contact.
• As the recipient of login MFA verification codes (set under Accounts or in the profile).

Notes

• The same WeChat token can be used in every module.
• Because of WeChat restrictions you must follow the official account to receive messages.
• Regular users can enter their WeChat token themselves under Profile / Basic Settings in the header menu.
